1. Shipping Policy

1.1 Shipping Areas We currently ship to all major regions within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

1.2 Shipping Timeframes Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once processed, standard shipping takes approximately 5-7 business days, while expedited shipping (if selected) takes 2-3 business days. All orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

1.3 Shipping Carriers We partner with leading logistics providers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your package is delivered promptly and in perfect condition.

1.4 Tracking Orders A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you once your order is dispatched. You can track the status of your shipment through the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided.

1.5 Shipping Fees Standard shipping is free for all orders over $100. Orders below $100 are subject to a flat shipping fee of $8. Expedited shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.

2. Exchange Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Exchange Products may be exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for an exchange, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Proof of purchase is required.

2.2 Exchange Process To initiate an exchange, contact our customer support team at servicesupport@ralapmadge.com with your order number and reason for exchange. Our team will provide instructions on how to proceed. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement item.

2.3 Shipping Costs for Exchanges Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in fulfilling the order. In such cases, Ralapmadge Table Lamps will cover the shipping costs.

2.4 Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging in your email. We will offer a replacement or full refund upon verification.

2.5 Non-Exchangeable Items Custom-made or clearance items are not eligible for exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. Lost or Delayed Shipments

3.1 Lost Packages If your package is lost in transit, contact us immediately at servicesupport@ralapmadge.com. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and arrange a replacement or refund based on the claim outcome.

3.2 Delayed Deliveries While we strive to meet delivery timelines, unforeseen circumstances such as weather events or carrier delays may affect delivery schedules. We appreciate your patience and will work closely with the shipping company to resolve any issues.
